Is each vendor going to need to issue permits to buyers?

Hello Jeremy,
Each vendor is required to sign up for a pet store permit with NJ Fish and Wildlife. They receive temporary hobbyist permit books and these temp permits must be issued to all NJ residents purchasing an animal. NJ requires a little extra paperwork, but it isn't that difficult.
