I actually got the whole setup from Cindy when she left the hobby. I'm guessing it has been up and running for 10 years+

Nope on those being the geckos around the house.

A snippet from wiki
"The mourning gecko or common smooth-scaled gecko (Lepidodactylus lugubris) is a species of gecko. This small (10.5 cm total length), nocturnal gecko feeds on small insects and flower nectar. This species is notable because it is parthenogenic, and there are no remaining males that have been found. Females engage in pseudocopulation, stimulating both to produce viable eggs. These eggs are adhered to surfaces in protected locations. Most clutches consist of two eggs, and clutches are laid two to three weeks apart.

DistributionEdit
This species are always found in coastal areas of the Indian Ocean and Pacific Ocean, including the Maldives, Sri Lanka, India, Myanmar, Thailand, West Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan, Taiwan, China, Indonesia, the Philippines, New Guinea, Fiji, Australia (islands of Cocos [Keeling] atoll, Queensland), Western Samoa, Guam, the Society Islands and the Mascarenes (Rodrigues; fide F. Glaw, pers. comm.).

It has been introduced into west Mexico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, the Galapagos (Ecuador), Colombia, Chile, Hawaii (the U.S.A) and the Seychelles."

Interesting. A the risk of turning newbies 'on', a documentation thread on that tank should be important I would think. I am completely against advocating such a combination to new hobbyist, but we all know they read everything and take it for their own purposes.

Didn't say I recommended it and no way in hell would I want tribs with them. Plus not many folks work with them so they are kind of hard to find on a regular basis.

This was one of the vivs that I was given with these words "give them a good home"

I'm actually the author of the OP (although, as stated, I mostly just compiled the information). I also have a multispecies tank with a mourning gecko and 4 O. Terribilis. It's a 120g enclosure with some carefully thought out spaces. The two species simply don't interact.
