Anyone read this yet ? I'm going to pick it up sight unseen just based on the reviews and some select recommendations.

Points out the obvious and continually rehashes the same perspectives. This would have best been suited as a short essay. It's impact would be much more suited for suggested print media. I do not have the new edition with the afterword concerning NCLB, however I would guess it has unattainable recommendations and now again outdated given the changes of content with the change into Common Core. FYI new CCSS have been released as beta for science.

I think you know the answer (the book tries to answer), I would not waste my time.
