After all these months I decide to believe that the whole thing was an accident and let it go.

Kevin has been refunded $300 of the $400
I take full responsibility for this one deal that went terribly wrong.
His importation and being overseas made it difficult to resolve this issue.
Yes they were sexed wrong, assumed females never called in my care,
I believed this to be a normal healthy trio before sale, until he posted pics and pointed certain things out. I even sent him pics before the sale. But did he mention that?
This was not planned as he portrays, hence the refund.
| Quote: | | He refused refund or did anything to fix this transaction. Porkchop said the only responsibility he took for this was... Lesson Learned. So I paid $400 for him to learn. He also said that he would not take a loss just because I was unhappy. |
This statement is not entirely true, i did offer refund of $100 dollars at first, but did he mention that?
email transaction show this... He paints this only as he would like you to view me. (which i do not entirely blame him for)
Then...Yes I did tell him at one point that he would not get a refund, only because i was truly frustrated with the fact he repeatedly called me a liar and a scam, That is not the case( It pissed me off immensly). I too have all emails from this transaction and will gladly post in succession at anyones request.
As for his claim of any other members being taken advantage of:( i believe this statement to be untrue) its only one deal I backed out of at the last minute for the reason of not wanting to sell the very first frog I got into this hobbie with ( no transaction took place). but this is the one person he is talking about.
If you know of any other kevin, I challenge you to post them, because there are none.
Oh, and as far as me looking for a female basti, it was an orange one for my 2 male orange. Here in the states Kevin we typically keep color seperation, unlike you in korea who breeds any color as you said. I sold you fine spotted reds.
Again , I appologize for this sale going so terribly wrong, and take full responsibility.
Tony
P.S. if you choose to read the dendro link, be aware that it reads from only his versions of not the entire truth, only how he wishes to paint me.
He was very unhappy and had every right to be, I do not blame him.
it was a difficult ordeal under the circumstances. |

haha well i had a great experiance.
i needed a male leuc and he was willing to sell me one even though he had a big group of them and didnt really want to split them up but he did anyway. so once he found the one that was calling he told me i could come get it and then i drove down there. showed me his frog room and it was really cool and had alot of great species. he then gave me a container packed with java moss and another container with some tropical springtails. then he offered me some plant cuttings but i didnt need any at the time. so then we talked and he was very nice.
unfortunetly when i got home the springtails were all dead, i didnt think it was a big deal but he insisted that he give me more, so he came to me and gave me a new culture.
all in all it was great. gave me stuff, let me see his frog room, offered the leuc at a fair price no complaints. |

| I got two excellent breeding leucs 1.1 from him yesterday. Excellent packaging. They are in great shape......i would only have good things to say about tony and his darts. I am very impressed! They are so beautiful. Nice and fat and can tell he takes good care of his darts. I would highly recommend him. Unfortunately he has one neg. feedback on the board, but i just wanted to clarify if you are looking for quality darts and he has some for sale...they are excellent. Great communication as well. What more can i say? |

I just got a group of azureiventris this morning from him, excellent communication, amazing packaging, healthy looking frogs!
I was afraid they would be shy (especially after shipping) but they are by far more adventurous than my auratus is.
You can see a picture of two of them here: http://i248.photobucket.com/albums/gg193/pet-teez/Azureis/6-24-08-Azureis-TempContainer9.jpg
Picture was taken today after letting them into their temp. setup.
Thanks Tony! |

I have nothing but good to say. My first purchase from him last year was great. I needed a calling male leuc, and that's exactly what I got. fat and happy, calling within 20 min of going in new home. good eggs 2 weeks later. Frog continues to be healthy and happy.
Just bought 4 bronze auratus from him friday, all fat and beautiful(they should be as I hand picked them) great price as well. His frog room looks clean and nice, and all the frogs of his I saw appeared to be in excellent health. I will continue to do business with him, as well as recommend him to others looking for nice frogs at good prices

I recently purchased two adult male Powder Blues from Tony. It was an excellent transaction and I would highly recommend him to anyone. His communication was top notch, which holds a lot of weight in my book. He is very knowledgeable about his frogs and is willing to work with you to make sure everything goes smoothly. Oh yeah, and the frogs are absolutely stunning.
Thanks Tony! _________________ David |

Purchased a group of Bicolors in 2 of '09 and a group of cayo's recently, the frogs were healthy and beautiful. It has always been a pleasure to deal with and talk to Tony. Shawn _________________ Cobalt's, Leuc's, Powder Blue's, Bicolor's,Patricia's Intermedius, Azureus. Mint's

I also purchased a group of bi-color's from Tony last spring.
Smooth transaction and good person. Frogs were well packed and securely shipped. Frogs are looking good and getting ready to move into their permanent home. |
