Requirements for entry: (submissions accepted through March 1st, 2012).

You must be a member here on Dart Den (have a Screen Name).

The Vivarium must have been created by yourself with proof of your screen name in one of the two (02) photographs. One Vivarium submisson per member only.

Two photos per Vivarium are required - One must have some sort of proof of your build, like a paper with your screen name on it posted on the viv. The second pic must have nothing that notes who did the build - this is the pic that will be voted on. This way, all Viv pics will be as anonymous as they possibly can be, and the members will vote on the creation and not the personality who created it.

Vivarium can be an established setup of any size and any age.

Vivarium should be tropical and Dart Frog related, but does not need to contain animals.

photos must be 640px or less
photos must be less than 130kb

What will be the criteria for which the vivs will be based upon and who
will be doing the judging?

They judging, will be strictly voting by way of members poll - same exact poll system that is supported and used here.

I think we can extend and use up to 34 "choices". If we need to, we can always have two poll "threads" , so there should be no worry about having too many entrants / submissions.

No criteria per se....members select what they like and vote solely by "appeal".

Sound good ? Any other ideas, issues, concerns ? I'm open to suggestions, as always.

Poor turnout folks. We had great prizes too. The other one is going to turn into a popularity contest due to the names being allowed on the pics. I guess there's no disguising that Grimm build anyway by now, huh ?

Oh well...back to the drawing board for a next possible contest - if any...

oh man. I just setup 3 vivs and was letting them age a little bit before sending a pic.
