And its the same guy who collected these Corallus caninus and Dendrobates tinctorius here in Brazil to cross them to Suriname.

That's Standard procedure for animal exports from Suriname.
I cringe at the thought of what animals get trafficed from deep in other countries and then shipped by boat upriver to other countires.
