Looks (can obviously be deceiving) on the dry side.
A 'trick' that helped me when I started out was to make sure there was always at least a half inch of water in the false bottom at all times.

i do try to keep it humid in there, i think it might have looked dry b/c i wiped the glass down.
we will keep trying to slow the video down even more. it would be cool to see it in a much slower mode where you could see the tongue.
