No matter how long I keep dart frogs, I never tire of this morph. Unfortunately the way I have my viv set up I dont often get much of an opportunity to photograph them. Today I had a chance to grab a couple of good shots. So I figured I would share them.

Ehh Thats a normal look for her. She hasnt laid a clutch in months.
Im deciding whether I want to start misting and feeding heavier now or if I want to wait until I set up their new home this winter.

Beautiful Todd,could i be a real pain and ask for a FTS to go with them,it always great to see your vivs.Ha mate our's is built to shaz's design ,they are her favourite dart.Trouble is she knows exactly want she wants,not too light not too dark not too purple not too small spots,i think this dart might be the most difficult of all for me to find,eventhough they are common enough here,i agree though that they will always be with us....once she finds the right ones,oh well all part of the fun.
Tell me mate do yours spend all their time together,or lots of it?
Stunning frogs,they simply don't have to be rare to be beautiful

That tank is a real pain to photograph. Its a 20 gallon high with crazy hardscape and plantings that are hard to see through.
In addition I cant seem to keep algae off the glass. Im not kidding, I wipe the front down and the next day the algae is already starting to reform.

I will see if I can dig up some old pics but word of warning. this is one of my first tanks when I reentered the hobby. It is planted with way too many different types.

Fresh Razor blade (scraper) for glass cleaning. There's NO other way to fly. It will last for a long time after you do it, unlike wiping.

:lol: Hmmm uncanny that i have aquired that ability too, :roll: i can grow a plant....maybe rear a frog...but damned if i can always post the right pic :oops: ,thanks for the update,regardless of computer shennanagans,you can sort a viv mate...and grow a plant andsome!!!!!!

Man I have that Hoya kentianna. I am not sure about yours but mine is the sloooooooooooowest growing plant of all time. I have had it planted for 2 yrs now 12 hrs of daylight and they are right at the top of the tank so getting blasted with light and still maybe only 5 or 6 new leaves have formed. Does yours grow as as slowly as mine?

Not quite as slowly but yeah it is a pretty slow grower.
Mine is also at the top as you can see.

They are not easy to photograph in their current tank. But once they are set up in their new tank (Hoping for early December or maybe January) I hope the new tank and slightly more open layout will make it much easier to photograph them.
